i think its because i have seen them more toghteher and they are best friends in real life

yepp i think piper and phoebe seem closer. pipers been with phoebe throughout the series so they are closer sisters.

phoebe and prue fought over cole
phoebe and paige get on but they are not as close as piper and phoebe are.
piper and prue got on but its a shame prue died. after prues death i think it made the other two closer!

if were talking from what eeve seen of the charcters then id say these two, they spent alot more time together, especially when phoebe was away! thats my only real reason! and i was sure that shannen and holly were best friends in real life, as they were extremly close before they started the show and it was shannen who got holly the job! doesnt mean that she isnt good friends with alyssa anyway!

actually shannen and holly are best friends in real life there's pictures of them together with holly's son finley and shannen quoted her and holly are like sister's in her bio and that was dated 16 october 2007

I think Piper and Prue where the closest even although we only saw them together for a few seasons they sometimes talked about how they grew close when Pheobe was away. After time Piper became just as close with Paige as she was with Pheobe but in my opinion not as close as she had been with Prue.
