i think paige because if something is coming her way she can orb out and if she see's something that could kill them like knife or a potion she can just orb it and throw it at them piper ca only blow up and phoebe just has premonition's plus it has nothing to do with how old they are or how long they have been doing magic

phoebe knows the most martial arts which she can use her levitation to help more with and she can see whats coming with her premonitions and with empathy she can deflect the powers and try to win them round by knowing what they are feeling
