Its a fictional scenario, I'm asking you to imagine if there was a way to bring Prue. Piper pobz wouldn't ignore that Paige ever existed but also she wouldn't ignore the fact that she could get Prue back

No I'm talking about the fact if Piper could bring back her blood sister, would she or not. Piper loved Prue more than Paige that was evident. She had a closer bond with her blood sisters - and if she could restore the original Charmed Ones without consequence - I think she would.

i think that if it was in like the 4th seaason she would but season 5 onwards she wouldnt because she has leanrt to trust paige and accept her as a sister no matter how much she loved prue, she may not have even done that in season 4, and she would know that all the vanquishes done with paige could be undone and that could be dead because paige has had to orb them out of sticky situations alots........so..
