I'm a huge Caskett fan, but honestly I don't think they will be end up married, Castle already married 2 times, and Beckett don't seem to be a married person...! But moving on together would be an awesome thing to see them doing!! ahah but like AlexandraKelly I expect to see it just in season 5 or so..!
