Of course I love the weekly crime, but this week's episode (May 4th) I enjoyed seeing Beckett's ex-boyfriend and watching how Castle reacted to it and how he interacted with him. Personally I thought he was a jerk :) But it was fun, and that's why I love this show, because for the first few eps in focused on the weekly mysteries, then it got into stuff about Beckett's mom and things like that. I'm so excited for season 2 to see how their relationship develops!

I do find the cases interesing and I probably wouldn't watch if it was just a straight up drama/relationship show, but it's the characters and their interactions I like most :)

I like all the parts with Castle in them. Nathan Fillion brings a spark to the screen, and with the smarmy dialogue between Castle and, well..anyone, the others aspects become that much more entertaining.
I thoroughly enjoy the parts with Castle and his family, as well as his smartass remarks on the cases. The show would just not be complete without one of the aspects, and they come together so beautifully. I love this show!

without both it wouldn't be castle the diversity between the two is what makes so great.

at one point i cared about the storyline but then when things started to get more serious between Caskett, i found i wasn't paying much attention to the cases anymore and just loved to watch their interactions.

I love both..

of course both but characters&relationships is what makes me want to watch more&more
