What episode of Burn Notice is this?

There's a gifset that came up on tumblr a few months ago and I forgot to like it or reblog it, but it was a gifset of some scene that I can't really remember what was said exactly, but I believe Sam Axe (Bruce Campbell) either had a gun to the side of someone's head OR was interrogating them and whatever he was saying was funny, and he was alluding to something dirty with whatever he was saying. I can't remember if he was on a cell phone in the scene or not, what I described is all I can remember and I'd really like to see the episode if anyone knows the name and what season, possibly.
