Tara's fully gay, not attracted to boys or men at all, so this wouldn't work. I slightly ship them as a trio, but in a Willow/Oz and Willow/Tara with Tara/Oz friendship way, because of Tara's sexuality.

Also, why would Tara/Oz mean that Willow would then not become gay or bisexual? If Oz had stuck around and dated Tara, it'd be more likely that they'd introduce another new female character for Willow. Or do a love triangle.
