i saw all the season of buffy the vampire slayer the only thing i didnt like was the end i just want to know what happen then did buffy do anything else with her life did she get back with angel or did spike get back

Buffy and the gang move to Europe to train all of the new activated slayers. Spike was resurrected in Angel season 5 and decides not to tell Buffy he is alive because "it would be awkward". Angel and Spike fight the forces of evil in L.A. And Buffy no longer trusts Angel because he agreed to run Wolfram and Hart.
