Bones Question

Which episode is this picture from?

I found this on a tumblr blog and I'm not sure what episode it's from! I've seen every episode at least 3 times and I don't remember it at all! Is it possibly from a deleted scene or behind the scenes thing that I haven't seen? Maybe on an American or European DVD (I live in Australia)...

Any help with this would be great!

It was from a cut scene from the Pilot. After Booth found her at the Senators house, after she shot Thompson in the leg, he arrested her. It was filmed, but the scene never made it to the unaired or aired version.
