Bones Question

Has BONES jumped the shark???

"Bones": "'Bones' jumped the shark with the Season 4 finale coma/dream episode. It could have come back from it last season if they had only given us some sort of payoff on the relationship, but Booth/Brennan seem to be at a permanent stalemate. We're now into Season 6 and they've waited too long. I'm bored and I no longer care."

Haha, i read this too. I kind of laughed because of how negative and pessimistic whoever wrote that is. No. They have not reached a stalemate. When HH finally takes care of the triangle and gives us our epic B&B back (which he will because he is smart), that person is going to feel like an IDIOT.

Hart Hanson was the one who wrote the season 4 season finale so hes the idiot anyways and besides i love the season 4 season finale it's one of my favorite episodes. Hopefully Hart Hanson will put booth and brennan together the end of this season to give the fans what we actually want.

No, I don't agree with this person either. The whole article is really dumb, especially claiming shows like The Big Bang Theory of "jumping the shark". I personally don't like the Season 4 finale, but I wouldn't say that it didn't make sense or that the show has gone downhill from there.

I don't see how the S4 finale could possibly have "jumped the shark" I mean we are sitting here almost midway through S6 and still waiting for some genuine B&B action, which I KNOW is coming this season and the buildup has been believable considering WHO these characters are...and honestly, I LOVED the S4 finale and think everything since then, barring Booth's random out of character-ness as of late, has been amazingly written and beautifully acted.

Well, season 4 finale was a bit awkward to me, it seemed a little as an answer to a variety of fans expectations (give us a kiss! Give us a love scene! However, do not end a series yet! We want more innuendo and more love scenes at the same time!). So they did what they could, and to some people it could seem as a jumping the shark. I guess they're facing the same problem now - make B&B be together and end a golden-egg-series or keep us waiting with new adversities in their relation;)
