I have an original Batman Returns Catwoman action figure from 1990-1991(?), it has a manufacturing packaging flaw, it is in a Batman Returns 'The Penguin' package. It has never been opened and I am looking for advice on what it might be worth

I got it in 1991 for Christmas one year and it has never been opened. It's a Batman Returns Catwoman action figure inside a Batman Returns 'The Penguin' package.
