I haven't even seen season 6 but I was able to conclude that Oliver's secret got out that he was the Green Arrow and he got arrested for it. And I also concluded that Emiko is another step sister of Oliver's and she has something to do with the sinking of the Gambit. I'm guessing Oliver and Felicity are married now and the flashbacks got replaced with flash forwards. And I also concluded that Quentin must've died. Let me know if I missed anything else that was big or if I got anything wrong.
