Here are my favorite anime/manga licensed games: Pokemon. I know Pokemon released the games first. But Pokemon games are anime licensed games since Pokemon games are the first Pokemon licensed products. Plus, Pokemon is always Nintendo's third party acquisition since Nintendo publish Pokemon games. So I would go with Pokemon. :D
