Well lucy is strong when she wants to be but in a good half of fairy tail juvia wants to kill lucy and whe she haves a chance to fight lucy like in naval battle at the grand games she lost she always looses to lucy when shes doing dum stuff so if these two were to have no mistakes just a one on one fight who will win lucy or juvia
