*facepalm* I never said they weren't allowed, I said Genjustu wouldn't work since that works off distorting the opponents chakra, which Broly has none of. Justu like Fireball and Shadow clones will still work since they effect their own chakra, same with Haki and other energies across fiction.

Fullbringers effect the souls of the nearby objects to make their attacks work, never have they stated to attack souls(bring prove). And everyone in Bleach has Reiastu, that guy Aizen turned to dust just had not enough to resist it and Reiastu Crush has failed at times and a No Limits Fallacy, its not working on beings like Galactus that destroys planets for meals.

yeah other spirits, and they don't need spiritual energy to fight either, Chad+Telephone Pole should clear that up. And again Soul Attacks would have to go through his Ki to reach his soul since that protects the DBZ cast from Hax like that, Devilmite Beam works on how evil the opponent is but it ain't working on someone like Frieza who's Ki is that large it would stop it from effecting him.
