The first poster says "I hereby give my permission to turn the Excel Saga anime into", and then the next poster names what the anime turns into. Repeat!
Here's an example. Poster 1: I hereby give my permission to turn the Excel Saga anime into... Poster 2: A fast-paced action thriller. I hereby give my permission to turn the Excel Saga anime into... Poster 3: A male-targeted Shonen series. I hereby give my permission to turn the Excel Saga anime into... Poster 4: A heart-throbbing romantic comedy. I hereby give my permission to turn the Excel Saga anime into... Rinse, repeat!
