I haven't seen lnd so I guess that'll make it poto right?

Although I have not seen it's sequel, I cannpt imagine I would love it more than the original Phantom. =)

I can't really judge yet. I do not know as much about LND, and have not seen it, while I have seen PotO.

I've heard the songs from LND and some are pretty good, but I still love the original Phantom better. :-)

I've seen both (saw LND way back in March 2010), and I must say the original will always be my favourite! Not that LND is bad, PoTO is just my personal favourite musical ever. Many of the people sitting around me did think that LND was loads better, actually.

I have to say phantom (the show not the movie)is better because i have not seen LND yet, and the phantom afterall is the original. I really do want to watch love never dies though in london before ramin karimloo and most of the cast leave in march :)

I've only heard the music of love never dies and I know the story line but I'm yet to see it so I'll have to wait till it comes to New Zealand!!! So it's yes to the Phantom for now

As much as I LOVE Love Never Dies (And I do) without Phantom there would be no love never dies and Phantom is the original after all! (:

The first one is always best, but I LOVE love never dies, even if it never should have been made.... :S

I think LND is better because it tells the story 10 yrs later and it really show a good relationship between the Phantom and Christine. Especially when she dies. You can clearly see just how much the Phantom really did love her. I love their chemistry in this show. It is so touching to me.

I personally like LND better because it shows the real behind the scenes between Phantom and Christine and what we missed after Phantom

I love the music from them both but I think the good think about Love Never Dies for me is that Raoul isn't being the over protective husband as much as he was in P/O/T/O!!!

Unless you are talking about the movie, PotO.. Love Never Dies is ok.. Til I Hear you sing is a brilliant song and the others are pretty good.. but I have loved PotO since I was 6, I'm now 21, and in LND the destruction of those characters that I loved is just too much to overcome, not to mention you can never beat the original.. and also the story is messed up.. the book is bad enough but Raoul is still a good husband and the Giry's are not psychos.. then LND v1 that's worse but at least the Phantom asks Christine there and she sings because she does love him.. and LND v2.. stealing Christine when someone else hired her to sing and then blackmailing her, ruined it!..

I love both, but I heve seen only The Phantom of the Opera.

I can't decide they're both as good as each other I've only seen the Phantom on stage and screen but am still waiting to see LND who knows after I've seen it I might change my mind

The Australian LND is awesome and I love it to pieces but nothing compares to Phantom.
