So Christine and the Phantom "made love"? When did this happen?

I think this happened the night before Christine got married to Raoul. This is shown by the lyrics in Beneath a Moonless Sky - the Phantom sings. "My Christine, on that night just before you were wed." Also in Before the Performance Raoul sings. "Since our wedding day things have gone astray." So she did 'sleep' with the Phantom before the wedding, and if he hadn't left her in the morning she would have gone with him instead of marrying Raoul. Hope this is the answer you're looking for :)

So after POTO the phantom goes and hides away. Christine arranges to get married to Rhoul a short time after. The night / or a few night before the wedding Christine realizes the mistake she has made and finds the phantom. They do the business. Phantom wakes and leaves her. Because he doesn't want to get rejected again, and he believes shell be better off with Raoul. Meg and her mother then help him move to America to get away from it all.

In POTO, the lyrics of "Prima Donna" suggest Christine may have slept with the Phantom that first night in his labyrinth. She obviously doesn't get pregnant during that time but it's interesting to think that she may have gone back for more before her wedding.
