I agree, the animation could have been a lot better.

I think the animations were good.
the narrations could be better though, in some scenes, its like if they were talking to themselves even if they were a group. Like when kate, humphrey, lilly and garth meets at the moonlight howl, its weird, they are all thinking out loud.

I would change a few of the iffier animations and some of the cheesy lines. And I would give Sweets and Scar more screen time

i would like to change the way marcel looked he was kindof ugly no offense trully though.

I think how the movie is now, is great, dont want to change anything and loose fans, and think about it, if they changed the animation, for all we know kate could have looked "normal" in comparison, so i think its best to leave it like this, with kate being hot as she is :D
