Sisters always fight, it is their nature, brothers always fight too. My cousins are both twin sisters and I remember growing up with them how they used to fight, it got serious sometimes! lol In reality it is nothing more than a sibling rivalry. With my little brother he always wanted to be just like me when we were little, it really got on my nerves and we would argue and occasionally get into a brawl but it is just the way we were I guess!

I'm gonna go with no. While it's true that siblings fight all the time, it's kinda rare that some don't. So in this case, I can't really see Kate and Lily getting into a cat fight with each other. They both seem far too close to be getting into any fights at all over anything.
