It is highly unlikely Kate would die but I would be concerned about Tony or Winston, I picked Tony because he has the bad back and that can take several years off of your life. Trust me my dad has a broken back, I know how bad it is on him!

I'm not sure if Tony will even be in the sequel. Since Dennis Hopper, Tony's voice actor, died shortly after. I've heard that a new wolf comes into the western pack and that wolf tries to start a pack war. So i believe that the sequel will be centered on the western pack. Or the wolf might enter the eastern pack. That part I'm unsure. Also if you've read the Alpha and Omega Release date article, it says that Kate and Lilly are the ones to stop it, so i think you won't see tony or his pack much or even at all.

any of these characters will die but Tony might because he's back is hurting already
