Alpha and Omega does A&O 4 deserve to get a cult following like the first movie?

I still the movie should be popular considering it got the series out of a rut.

Considering how a cult following only means a small group of people (such as all of the members of this club, for example) are extremely devoted to something while no one else is, hence why it has the term "cult" in the name.

It's not the best thing for a movie to have a cult following as that means the fan base is rather small in comparison to other movies without one. The fans are overly dedicated to like the movie, but there are less loyal fans than of movies without a cult following. So basically I would say no just because it should have more fans than the original just because of how much of an improvement it is.

According to Wikipedia:
"A cult following is a group of fans who are highly dedicated to a specific area of culture. A film, book, musical artist, television series, or video game, among other things, will be said to have a cult following when it has a small but very passionate fan base. A common component of cult followings is the emotional attachment fans have to the object of the cult following, often identifying themselves and other fans as members of a community.

Cult followings are also commonly associated with niche markets. Cult media are often associated with underground culture, and are considered too eccentric, bizarre, controversial, or anti-establishment to be appreciated by the general public, or be a commercial success."

Basically describes Alpha and Omega, and how all of us like the movie A LOT. Yes, a cult following shows that the fans are extremely dedicated to Alpha and Omega, but the amount of fans is small in comparison to other movies. I never thought about it until now, but, basically, it can be a good or a bad thing consider how you look at that fact.

I don't think many people would agree with you that it was an "improvement"...
