What do you think made Floyd an actually likeable non wolf character?

He helped Daria when no one else would.

if it weren't for him, Daria would've died. so he saved her life, took her in and raised her. also he's just a really good guy you can relate too, and with great sense of humor. so yea, Floyd's without a doubt the best porcupine character in this whole franchise (let's face it: the porcupines been pretty useless before A&O 4)

Yeah, hes not annoying like the other porcupines. He actually contributes to the plot and his personality isn't cheesy.

The fact that he didn't have an annoying voice and actually contributed to the plot.
