What do you think Cant Sleep Tonight is about?

"Can't Sleep Tonight" is about a guy (somebody in the band)who likes this girl and can't stop thinking about her. He wants to go further, but he accepts the fact that she's not ready. ("That kinda sucks, wish you could stay. But, yeah, I get it, you're just not ready. You say, 'baby steps' and I keep waiting, yup, I'm not complaining. I know you'll be worth it, I'm tossing and turning.") Also, he wants to know if she thinks about him the same way. The "Can't Sleep Tonight" aspect of it is that at night he can't stop thinking about her, which prevents him from sleeping. He's "tossing and turning".

My favorite part of Allstar Weekend is that their songs all relate to teenagers today and what we are really thinking and going through.

I think Can't Sleep Tonight is about being so in love with someone that you can't sleep, you can see them when they are not there, and you always want to be with them and your ready to take it to the next level but the other person isn't ready.
