Annabelle, just because I get the impression he is related to Flo. They do call him Uncle Charlie, but Sasha is truley where his heart is.

I never suspected him being related to Flo...although I guess it's possible, since his mom was a Collie too...O.o Still, I'm pretty sure that Flo was an old flame of his and that the pups she cares for call him Uncle Charlie simply as a sign of affection and thanks. I have an "Uncle Charlie" who isn't really my uncle, too!

Much as I love Sasha with him to be pair up as a couple, I like the idea of Annabelle with Charlie. From what I can remember in my memory, there's not a lot we know about Flo.

I dont like the couple of charasha (charlie x sasha), I prefer charabell or anarlie (charlie x anabell)

But yeah, I prefer him with Sasha, but of the two choices, most likely Flo. It seems like there definitely was a spark there at some point, whereas Charlie seems annoyed by Annabelle most of the time, aside from the dance scene, which I suspect was a ploy to get the watch.

Tell the truth, Charlie B. Barkin (voiced by Burt Reynolds) should go out with Flo (voiced by Loni Anderson).
