He had a lot of problems and was depressed when he did that, I don't think he normally does it unless he gets really angry. He said in an interview after he won the norwegian ESC that he often woke up in the middle of the night and would hit his hands in the walls until he felt asleep again, and sometimes do alot of push ups until it tired him out

Thanks Helene....yes we all get depressed at times and it is very hard when every-one wants a piece of you to escape the pressure. Alex seems to be enjoying life more now as I have noticed he has put on weight.

yes, he is thin or should I say trim because he works out daily either at the gym or a concert....he is always active either mentally or physically.....probably he only has one main meal as he would skip breakfast and get up late and would not want to eat before a concert in case he threw up, being nervous or jumping around............... however his face is alot "fatter" these days.

Yeah his face is rounder and it makes him look younger.

He has an extremely heavy work load before Xmas....I hope he doesnt run himself into the ground................he really needs some-one to look after him.....are you volunteering?...could be a tough job!!!!

dont worry...Alex is "as hard as nails" and very stable...he is the boss of a large team and dictates exactly what he wants.....after all without him they'd be out of work!!....he is of course kind and listens, but has the final say. To be successful he has had to put emotions to the side when deciding things.
