How to say in english and in norwegian Alex diminutives?

In lithuanian it is Alexiukas:-)and I want to know how I could say it in english and norwegian

From a native English speaker, I recommend you do not call him "Alexpus". That could be interpreted very wrong. It would be funny, but slightly embarrassing for you because a lot of people would see it as gross.

Alex is a nickname for Alexander, but I suppose you could also call him Al. Other than that, I cannot think of any other nicknames!
