Alexander Rybak Question

Hi! :)

I need your help,
on a signing session in Gothenbourg I got Alexs autograph.
He wrote "Til Elfride, Nuss på nasen Alexander Rybak"
And I have no idea what "nuss" means !
I have checked everywhere on the internet, but I can't find it anywhere!
So hope that someone can help me :)
